The Challenge

A small private school in Santa Rosa needed a comprehensive communication and security solution. Staff required reliable intercom and paging between classrooms, the front office, and the outdoor play yard — essential for daily coordination and emergency communication. The school also needed secure employee access at multiple entrances, and a way for parents to safely enter through the main entrance during student pickup without compromising building security.

At the main entrance, we installed a video intercom with code entry so parents can be given a pickup code to enter — no need to leave the front door unlocked.

• UniFi Talk — Paging and intercom throughout the school. The office can easily intercom individual rooms or page all rooms in a group as needed — perfect for announcements, coordination, and safety.

The Result
