Text Messaging (SMS) Terms & Consent

Who we text

Clear Telecommunications LLC sends text messages only to people who have contacted us. Our messages are limited to missed-call follow-ups, replies to your questions, estimate follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and billing details you requested. We do not text marketing lists, and we never buy lists.

How you opt in

You can agree to receive text messages from us in any of these three ways:

1. Website contact form: by checking the optional SMS box on our website contact form. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.
2. Phone call: by saying yes on a phone call to (707) 858-5580 or (707) 503-0607 after we ask: “Can we text you at this number about your request? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time.” Your yes, the date and time, and the phone number are logged with the call.
3. Texting us: by texting us first, or by texting START.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call (707) 858-5580. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Privacy
