The example package covers two doors, three areas with motion sensors, and three floors with one smoke/CO sensor per floor. We review your home and sensor locations with you before installation.
Choose your sensor locations
Plan door sensors at entry points, motion sensors in living areas and hallways, and smoke/CO sensors across the home.
Install and set up the system
We install the sensors and configure the UniFi router and SuperLink gateway. The $249 base installation covers up to 8 sensors.
Walk through it together
We check the installed sensors and show you how to use the system. Monthly monitoring is $29.95, billed separately from the equipment and installation.

Share your floor plan, the doors you want covered, and any existing UniFi equipment. We will confirm the final scope and hardware availability in your estimate.
What is included in the $1,399 package?
The example includes 2 door sensors, 3 motion sensors, 3 smoke/CO sensors, a UniFi router, a SuperLink gateway with power, and $249 installation. Tax is additional. Monthly monitoring is $29.95 and billed separately.
Can I add more sensors?
Yes. Installation for each sensor over 8 is $25, plus the cost of the additional sensor hardware. The router and SuperLink gateway are excluded from the sensor count.
What does my home need?
The package assumes existing internet and Wi-Fi, plus suitable power and a network connection for the system equipment. New cabling, additional Wi-Fi equipment, and backup power are quoted separately if needed.
Can I include security cameras?
We can plan residential security cameras alongside your sensor system. Cameras, recording storage, and their installation are quoted separately.
